The Polk Penguin Conservation Center and the Cotton Family Wolf Wilderness aren’t the only exciting new developments at the Zoo. We’re also making entry for Members faster and more efficient than ever. We’re updating our entrances so that, as a Member, you can simply scan your membership card. In preparation for this change, please have your membership card and photo ID ready when you arrive for the fastest, most efficient way in. Our new entry system is in place – here’s what you need to know when you visit. (If you don’t have your card with you, you can visit the Membership Sales Booth or Membership Office for a replacement – identification is required.) As always, the Rackham Fountain Entrance is exclusively for Members (that’s the entrance west of the main 10 Mile Road entrance) .
